I’m Tash.

I work with business owners who want to grow with clarity, confidence, and intention.

My background spans policing and law, high-performance sales, leadership training, and business ownership. I’ve built three businesses to multi–six figures, sold multiple millions, and supported hundreds of people through leadership and performance development.

I bring a strategic lens, grounded perspective, and a deep understanding of what sustainable performance actually requires.

This work is underpinned by my proprietary Performance Chain Model, which recognises that results follow behaviour, behaviour follows thoughts and emotions, and those are shaped by inner capacity.
