Meet Tash
Before building my business, my career began in high pressure environments within policing and criminal prosecution.
Those roles required clarity under pressure, emotional regulation and precise communication. These capabilities now shape how I support business owners.
I later moved into high performance sales and leadership development, facilitating training, leading teams and selling multiple millions across my career. During this time I completed my Bachelor of Business, strengthening the commercial and strategic perspective I bring to my work.
Over the years I have built multiple six figure businesses, including coaching businesses and a creative agency. My work has also been featured in Mamamia.
Alongside this, I became a mother.
These experiences shaped the way I think about business. I value success that supports life, leadership and long term freedom.
Through this work I developed the Performance Chain Model, the framework that underpins everything inside Business by Design.
The model reflects a simple reality.
