Meet Tash
Before business, my career was built in high-pressure environments, on the front line of Policing and in criminal Prosecution.
That foundation shaped how I understand leadership and performance. Clarity under pressure, emotional regulation, and precise communication matter when outcomes are real; and those skills now sit at the core of how I support business owners.
I later moved into high-performance sales and learning and development, leading teams, facilitating training, and selling multiple millions across my career. During this time, I returned to university to complete my Bachelor of Business, strengthening the strategic and commercial lens I bring to my work.
I built three businesses to six figures, including two coaching businesses and a creative agency, and my work has been featured twice in Mamamia.
I did all of this while navigating a divorce and raising my son, who is now three.
Over time, I combined this experience with NLP and psychology-aware performance, creating my proprietary Performance Chain Model; the framework that underpins everything inside Simplify to Scale.
The Performance Chain recognises a simple reality: results follow behaviour, behaviour follows thoughts and emotions, and those are shaped by inner capacity.
This is the lens I bring into the mastermind.
In this phase of life, I’m building intentionally; designing a business that supports long-term wealth, travel, and quality time with my son. Business by Design exists to help other leaders do the same.
